Standard rate: $ 98 usd per night (4-night minimum)
High Season Jan. 5th to May 1st: $ 149 per night (4 night minimum)
Christmas week 7 nights minimum not to exceed departure of 12/30 $ 2,000
New year week 7 nights minimum $2,000 plus tax.
