My name is Karen Bloemhoff, and I’m a Licensed real estate broker on the beautiful island of Cozumel, Mexico.
Originally from the Netherlands, I graduated from International Hospitality Management and acquired over five years of experience in Corporate Facility Management in Europe before relocating to Cozumel over 18 years ago.
Since then, I’ve built a life of my dreams with a family and a home we love.

My work in Cozumel began in property management until I became a LICENSED real estate broker in the State of Quintana Roo.
Now with over 30 years of experience in facility and property management, building, and home sales, in different countries I have the knowledge and expertise necessary to help you find, purchase, build, and even rent out your perfect home in paradise.

Due to my job I needed to spend 3 months in Cozumel, I had the pleasure of finding help from Alejandra Pacheco whom found the best accommodation for me, la casa de las Sirenas, during this time she made sure I had cero problems, not only was the flat beautiful and perfectly equipped, but every time I had a question or a need Ale responded promptly and with the perfect solution.
The flat was awesome, location was more than perfect but her attention and help made these months joyful!
