We knew that we wanted to find a house in Cozumel, but of course we were hesitant, not having ever bought a house in a foreign country. We made the trip to the island and were introduced to Alejandra Pacheco. She was knowledgeable, easy to talk to and thoroughly professional. Within 2 days we had found our dream house and she negotiated a great deal for us. Karen returned to the island and walked us through the process and together made this a an easy and stress free purchase. We could not have hoped for a better experience. We moved into the house ahead of the anticipated date and are living a dream. Ale and Karen have been there for us every time we have called, above and beyond the sale of the house.
