Karen, you are simply the BEST!

We have sold/purchased several properties but this was, by far, the best experience. You had excellent communication with us, worked thru all of our questions and issues, were honest about EVERYTHING (which I really appreciated), and were super gracious along the journey. I especially appreciated your (and Ricardo's) efforts to transition everything (utilities, insurance, etc) into our names after the sale. I was really touched by the Meet and Greet party you organized for us after the sale with the rest of the owners in the building, I feel more like a family member than a client.
