Crystal’s journey to Cozumel is one that many dream of, but few commit to.
Originally from the West Coast of the United States, she followed her heart to Mexico over 20 years ago, seeking not only adventure but a sense of belonging. In 2012, she found that sense of home in Cozumel, where she has since built a beautiful life rooted in community, culture, and the simple joys of island living.
Now a naturalized Mexican citizen, Crystal brings a unique bicultural perspective to her work.
She understands what it means to make a life-changing move, to fall in love with a place, and to navigate both the excitement and uncertainty that can come with it.
If you're a fellow expat, a first-time buyer, or a long-time Cozumel resident ready to invest, Crystal speaks your language, literally and figuratively.
Before entering the world of real estate, Crystal spent years working in hospitality and marketing, industries that demand not only professionalism, but empathy, adaptability, and people-first thinking.
These experiences have shaped her into a thoughtful listener, a problem solver, and a natural connector.
She knows how to anticipate needs, resolve concerns, and create a sense of ease, even when the process gets complex.

Crystal has already completed the official 3-month real estate certification course approved by the State of Quintana Roo, and is now undergoing a full year of on-the-job training with our complete team.
During this time, she will apply for her State License (Matrícula Estatal), a step we require for all of our agents, because we believe in doing things the right way. The ONLY way!
