Colibri Condominiums is this developer’s seventh project on the Island, making many happy residents in Cozumel. This Condominium building is conveniently located on the northeast corner of 15th Avenue and 10th Street North in Cozumel, so it’s just minutes from the ocean front and within walking distance of various restaurants, shops, and the ferry to Playa del Carmen. Colibri Condominiums will be delivered in July 2023.

Each of the first four floors of this 6-story building consists of a two-bedroom, two-bath condominium.
